Resurrection in the City
Bringing freedom closer. Making greater impact.
A Brand New Chapter for House of Resurrection
For more than a year Lori and I have been quietly praying about the future of House of Resurrection.
As the number of people we serve in Tulsa and across America has grown, Lori and I have been asking the Lord how to make this work more accessible and more impactful. We have sensed a growing conviction to move our headquarters and expand our mission right here in our own city of Tulsa,
Through months of prayer, counsel from our board, and a recent sabbatical, we sensed God gently leading us to see the next chapter of House of Resurrection will unfold.
House of Resurrection is preparing to move our ministry center into Tulsa County — and expanding the work we do.
This expansion will allow us to:
• Establish a Tulsa ministry center to serve as a hub for healing and restoration
• Create a Sabbath Residence where weary pastors
• Host weekly freedom gatherings for men and women battling addiction
• Provide counseling offices where Lori and I can meet with people
• Host residential Intensives for men and couples in crisis
• Expand the Katharos program, which is already serving more than 200 people each year in Tulsa
As you read more about the vision and plans below, we invite you to prayerfully consider sharing a gift to help carry the cost of this vision and expansion.
Help us bring Resurrection to the City.
Here’s what the Lord has done in our first eight years.
• More than 100 pastors restored after moral crisis
• Thousands of men and marriages rescued from sexual brokenness
• The launch of Katharos for Men
• The creation of Katharos for Students
• The development of Katharos for Women
• The establishment of a debt free residential ministry center
And this is only the beginning.
What could God do through the next eight years of House of Resurrection?
To establish our new ministry center in Tulsa and expand this work, we estimate the need to raise $300,000 for this next step in our journey.
Here is the good news.
Victory Church, pastored by Curt and Pam Seaburg, has already committed the first $100,000 toward this vision.
Your gift, whether large or small, will help us complete this expansion and bring the work of resurrection closer to the people who need it most.

No. The mission remains exactly the same. House of Resurrection exists to bring healing and restoration to pastors, men, marriages, and families affected by sexual brokenness. This move simply allows us to carry out that mission more effectively and serve more people.

Lori and I are not navigating this transition alone. Our board of trustees and several trusted pastors are walking closely with us through every step of this process to help ensure wise decisions are made.
