How long will it take to build the House of Resurrection?

Because we desire to build House of Resurrection debt-free, our timeline is subject to the generosity of our donors. However, a realistic timetable could be as follows: Have the earth work done and break ground for construction in 2023. Open for ministry in 2024.

What will the House of Resurrection cost?

In the present market, our estimate is $1,000,000 dollars including our land purchase.

Has the property been paid for?

Yes, the property purchase, the architectural drawings and the earth work have all been covered, with help help of our partners!

Will it require additional staff to manage House of Resurrection once it is built?

Not at all. Blaine and Lori have a private home adjacent to House of Resurrection property, and together they will manage the operations of this ministry. From day one, we have kept our ministry operation simple, effective, and with a very low overhead financially. That will not change.

Will House of Resurrection offer pro-bono or scholarship retreats?

Absolutely. Pastors will never be charged a dime for the ministry they receive at House of Resurrection. Additionally, we will have a scholarship fund set up for those who are suffering financial hardship, making it possible for anyone to come and receive ministry.

What’s the difference between an individual founder and a local church Founder?

An Individual Founder can be an individual or a business person who desires to participate in helping us build House of Resurrection out of their personal or company resources. A Local Church Founder is a Pastor whose church desires to support House of Resurrection out of their Missions Outreach.

Is there a minimum contribution to become a founder?

Absolutely not… and here’s why. This is a Jesus project, and his teachings make it clear that no offering to the work of God should be marginalized. We believe in you and know you will you will give to the best of your ability.

Will any part of my contribution be used for administrative expenses or salary?

Never. Every dollar given will be stewarded completely and wisely to building the House of Resurrection.

Are my contributions tax-deductible?

Yes. We are a religious 401-(c)(3) non-profit corporation and will provide receipt documentation of your annual contributions.

How long am I expected to participate in this monthly contribution?

We would love for you to be a part of this Kingdom work from start to completion, however we understand financial capacities can change for any of us. Because of this, you are welcome to make adjustment, pause or withdraw your contribution along the way.

What level of financial transparency can I expect in this project?

Complete disclosure of all income and spending will be included in our annual year-end report provided to each of our Founders.

Does Blaine receive a salary for his work?

Blaine’s annual compensation, including his housing allowance is $36,000. He does not personally keep any speaking honorariums or books sales. Currently, two-thirds of his salary is provided for by some of our cherished ministry friends, who designate this funding to Blaine and Lori. Lori’s work as the CEO of her dental office helps subsidize their income. None of the funds raised for House of Resurrection will be allocated to his salary.
